You want only the best in a prenatal vitamin. So why buy synthetic vitamins, when you could take a natural, plant-based multivitamin made of real, organic whole food, like Vitamin C from Acerola Cherries and Vitamin E from Rice Bran?

The perfect choice for pregnant women, this multi delivers Omega-3 DHA, plus 29 vitamins and minerals in one complete formula. That way, mom and baby get Nature’s full package, from the 1st to the 3rd trimester and all the way through giving birth.

This supplement meets pregnant women’s increased nutritional needs, providing vitamins (including A, B, C, D, E, K2) and minerals (such as iron, calcium, and zinc) in their most bioavailable forms. For instance, it features the B vitamin folate, not folic acid, and vitamin D as D3, not D2.

Take three capsules a day to support a healthy pregnancy, nourish baby’s brain, heart, and bones, and promote mom’s health, energy, and wellness.* Unlike some prenatal supplements, our Prenatal Multivitamin is easy to digest because it’s made of real food.

Carefully developed for the pickiest moms, the formula has no soy and is 100% vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO! Pure and clean – it does not contain additives or preservatives of any kind.

I feel a noticeable difference when taking these vitamins. I get a boost in energy and my nails and hair are growing like crazy. You simply can’t go wrong with these vitamins.

  2. Sarah R.

After doing research I found that these are considered really high quality and well made. I want whatever is going to be the best to take for my family. And this is what I found.

  3. Knaron

I really like this supplement. Does not bother my tummy like other pills. I keep buying because the ingredients are great!

  4. Kellie Felt

I really love these prenatal vitamins. I have been taking them for about 7 months now and I feel great in my first pregnancy. I trust the Naturelo brand and I recommend these vitamins to my family and friends. 🙂

  5. Sooooo

Taste like a multivitamin. Would def recommend taking with food.

  6. Maxer126

You have to take 3 times per day. No nausea or bad taste

  7. Priscila Herrera

I liked that these were natural, but I found them hard to swallow. They would get stuck in my throat often. The smell wasn’t too pleasant either. I guess it did the trick for a couple of months though!

  8. StephRon

Did alot of research and these are very good as far as natural vegan prenatals go I love the fact that you can take these on a empty stomach even with the nausea. I will defiantly recommend these to any women!! Defiantly a thumbs up

  9. Ace Global Finds

To my wife’s opinion; these are the best so far “. “They tend to cause a bit of acidity like all prenatal. Great overall””

  10. Mayte Saavedra

I absolutely love this prenatal supplement, I hate to take vitamin supplements but with naturelo I found a natural way of taking what my body needs for pregnancy and it goes really good on me

  11. porcelain

After an exhausting afternoon of research (who knew there are so many different kinds of prenatal vitamins?), I selected Naturelo, mainly because they seemed to have the most comprehensive list of stuff” that is included in the capsules (I like that they have iodine) and because they list where most of their vitamins and minerals are sourced. The last and probably most important reason I selected Naturelo is because I have the MTHFR genetic variation that does not allow my body (and hence any baby I might be growing) to process folic acid which runs rampant in most prenatal vitamins. This brand uses folate which I and any baby will be able to process. The only drawback for this brand is that you have to take 3 pills a day and sometimes I forget to take the one at night. I’d rather have the pills be a little bigger and only have to take 2 a day. But it’s not enough of an issue for me to down rate to 4 stars.”

  12. Teresa Everett

Only been taking them 3 weeks and I LOVE them. My hair and nails are growing so fast and I feel a difference in my body! Thank you so much for these! I’m not pregnant but I have low iron, so I always take prenatal vitamins. I have Sjögren’s Syndrome, Rheumatoid Arthritis and Lupus and taking these daily staves off my restless legs.

  13. RPG

I started using this vitamin after doing a lot of research into finding a whole food, non-gmo, gluten free prenatal with methylated folate. This one measure above and beyond the others I was looking into. I was very pleased throughout my entire pregnancy and am continuing to take it whoe nursing. I even took this in and had it muscle tested on me, and it tested well in all aspects. I’m so glad to have found a quality prenatal. My sister is about to start a family, and I immediately told her to get this vitamin!

  14. Lindsay

Overall, this is one of the best vitamins on the market with the recommended nutrient ratios. I’m happy that it is food based (synthetic vitamins are garbage and can even be toxic). I also am pleased that it contains K2 which is extremely important for bone building and remineralizing teeth. It contains folate, rather than folic acid, which is necessary for the MTHFR Gene mutation. So, overall I am happy with it. However there is conflicting evidence regarding ferrous fumarate and whether it is as safe as we think it is. You can research this on your own as several studies point to it aggravating the digestive tract and exacerbating conditions like IBS, Crohn’s diaease and inflammatory bowel disease. Lastly, I’ll post data from a study done by Michigan University: Ferrous fumarate has been demonstrated to be toxic to newborn foals. Article Affiliation: Department of Pathology, College of Veterinary Medicine, Michigan State University, East Lansing 48824. Abstract: Newborn Shetland foals died of acute hepatic failure following oral administration of approximately 16 mg/kg body weight ferrous fumarate. Lesions in these foals were indistinguishable from lesions in foals given an oral digestive inoculant containing ferrous fumarate and were also similar to the syndrome characterised as ‘toxic hepatopathy’ in foals in the United States in 1983. We conclude that foals are susceptible to toxicity from low doses of iron compounds in the first few days of life. Vitamin E and selenium deficiency may contribute to this susceptibility. While researching and pouring over scientific articles, not all forms of iron lead to irritation of the digestive tract or exacerbation of digestive problems. I wish the company would use a form that isn’t associated with such things.

I am so happy i found this! Has the highest amounts of almost all the nutrients when i compared with other brands. I was using whole food Baby and Me and a few other quality organic ones but this one is even better. Check it out for yourself and compare! It $40 but lasts 2 months so in my opinion thats super cheap! My organic whole food ones were $40 a month and they were nasty horse pills i couldn’t swallow. I had to grind up 4 of them a day and add to yogurt. It was so disgusting i could hardly finish the bottle. I tried every yogurt flavor there was and it just never worked. These pills are very small, easy to swallow or if your like me and have difficulty swallowing even the small pills, you can break up and add to yogurt. I put it in two TBS of vanilla yogurt and i don’t taste a thing!! I absolutely love these! I have had way more energy since taking these as well!

  16. C. Kacz

I am very happy with my purchase of this plant-based prenatal vitamin! I’m preparing my body for pregnancy and did a ton a research before buying this brand. I was actually taking another vegan brand for a couple of months and discontinued it because I didn’t like the synthetic forms and the extremely high doses it provided. I like how Naturelo has the right amounts in the correct forms (no synthetic folic acid, B-12, B-6 etc.). I especially appreciate that there is no herbal blend added like in other brands because of the harmful effects that herbs may have on a growing fetus or cause labor complications. I love that the capsules are plant based also, no gelatin! I take one pill 3 times a day and I can even take them on an empty stomach without that sick feeling I would get from other vitamins. I have already noticed strong glossy fingernails as a benefit!

  17. Aditya

Edit : We got satisfactory responses from Naturelo and other customers regarding folate dosage as well. Will continue buying these vitamins. Edit: Adding a star, got a prompt response from Naturelo that only the packaging has changed but the formula hasn’t. But looks like folate dosage did go up. Would like to know why the folate in the formula went up We have been ordering this for more than a year. However this month we noticed that the packaging has changed.. There seem to be a few discrepancies in the ingredients that I am concerned about. 1. The % daily value for many ingredients have changed.. For example, as per old formula, Vitamin C is 85 mcg but 94% DV, and per new formula, it is the same 85 mcg but 140% DV. How is it possible that the DV% has changed, isnt’ that supposed to be constant? 2. Folate amount has increased from 800 mcg to 1333 mcg which is 333% DV, seems like too much for a prenatal vitamin, why this change? 3. Also the units for the ingredients have changed (For example : D3 has changed from iu to mcg) Is this correct or is there some mistake ? The old formula seemed to work very well, I am reluctant to try this anymore with so many changes to the label.

  18. Customer

just started taking Naturelo after trying 3 other brands of prenatal vitamins. I was researching online, and it was rated top prenatal vitamin for 2018. I am really serious about my health and being as natural as possible, so I love that the vitamins are so pure with nothing synthetic. I don’t love having to remember to take them 3 times a day, but I feel that it is allowing my body to better absorb everything by spreading it out during the day. Finally, I specifically looked for brands using folate instead of folic acid, beta-carotene for vitamin a, etc. The pill doesn’t have a bad taste or aftertaste which is also good because I have been very queasy and this is one of the few that hasn’t made me gag.

  19. Customer

I selected the Naturelo Prenatal because of the purity and quality of ingredients as well as the methylfolate versus synthetic folic acid. I read an article on that helped me make my decision when selecting a prenatal vitamin. I read numerous articles in addition to that one! I have never experienced negative side effects such as nausea after taking this supplement and I believe it has helped me maintain energy during pregnancy. As a bonus, my nails seem stronger! I appreciate taking a manageable 3 capsules per day versus some competitor brands requiring 7 or 8 per day. I would recommend this prenatal to anyone who is looking for a pure and comprehensive prenatal vitamin. I also supplement with a prenatal DHA which I would expect to do with any prenatal.

  20. Sooner28

This was a 5 star product to the formula change. And the bad reviews due to the high doses of natural folate and b12 are due to ignorance and lack of education. It’s reallt annoying that a company would change a product because uneducated people complained. High doses of folate decrease risk of miscarriage and neural tube defects. You need b12 to really utilize folate. Also, this doesn’t have DHA or EPA. People really need to stop giving bad reviews due to this. No prenatal hasn’t adequate amounts of dha and epa and you should be taking an additional fish oil supplement. Educate yourselves. Update. I’m changing my review to 3 stars (from 1) because it was a bit harsh. I am highly disappointed in the formula change, BUT after speaking to the company I can tell they do care about their product and they do use high quality ingredients.

  21. Lily Jan

    Amazing quality vitamins and company!

  22. Somya

Before I got this one I was taking the organic ones but these ones are better

  23. Customer

I’m so glad I found these! They are a great price for a food based prenatal that uses folate instead of synthetic folic acid. I feel like they give me a nice boost of energy. They also have no smell and no taste. A+!

  24. Customer

No upset stomach. Helps with energy, not a lot but just enough to notice. Will make you a bit hungry when first taking them. Doesn’t bother me, as I like having a good appetite. I love that it’s food based and doesn’t over do it on the vitamin B and C dosage.

  25. Sakir Alimoski

Easy to take. One with each meal. No strong smell or flavor.

  26. Customer

Excellent product. I’ve done a lot of research and this prenatal has everything you need in it. Has no side effects and overall feel great. Excellent customer service which is a plus.

  27. Christopher Johnson

Great stuff a little pricey, but doctor is very happy with the quantities and we didn’t have any issues taking throughout pregnancy.

  28. Customer

Vitamins are great. They don’t make me nauseous. Only thing is that you have to take 3 a day and you might forget at times.

  29. Kaitlin Hanks

What I love about these supplements is that the vitamins are food based and “body ready”. Even though I have to take 3 a day I have just gotten into the habit and know I’m getting the nutrients I need.

  30. A. Kirton

This was a recommendation by Alex Swanson on, as it contains many much needed nutrients IN THE RIGHT FORMS that are easily assimilated by our body, including the important folate in a methyl-folate form, that has been shown to be more effective for 40-50% of the population that have the MTHFR gene mutation and cannot utilize synthetic folic acid. This is most important for pregnant moms, as folate is essential for the developing fetus in the first trimester.

  31. Joy

It was a good choice for me when I had leg cramps in my pregnancy time. Because the vitamin contains more Magnesium than other prenatal vitamins (I compared to Garden of Life, and New Chapter). Unfortunately, it did not work out well when I start nursing. It was decreasing my milk supply. I did not believe at first time. So I stopped taking it and took it back to watch the actual difference without changing my diet and physical activity. Once I saw/confirm the change, I completely stopped to take it. Also it is not returnable, once you open the bottle. That is why I gave 4 stars.

  32. Customer

I don’t take these supplements, however my pregnant girlfriend does. She loves them. Initially she had bought just your average prenatal, and she was having stomach issues. After a little research I learned the difference between folic and folate, and that these cheap prenatal supplements tend to cause nausea. At this point we decided to seek out organic supplements, or ones with better ingredients. This search brought us to your product. Very nice stuff.

  33. Connie Wang

Vitamins and minerals such as vitamin d, folate, calcium, magnesium, iron, iodine, zinc and choline are critical for a healthy pregnancy and I am very happy to have found a multivitamin that contains all these ingredients in the right quantities and in the right form.

  34. Michaela

I am enjoying these supplements knowing they’re food based and not the synthetic ones out there. I haven’t noticed the energy with taking these but I am breastfeeding an 8 week old baby. I like that they can be used during breastfeeding and I would continue taking these.

  35. Erica auza

I love the quality of these vitamins. They are the best on the market, and I did crazy amounts of research. They have the best combination of vitamins, one of the only ones that have vit K2, as well as the most bioavailable forms of each vitamin. I do wish they had more vit D. I supplement with additional vit D. Only dropped one star because they make me a bit naseous and have a strong smell. But that could just be me. I force myself to take them anyway because they are the best. I find that if I rinse them briefly, it removes the smell and after burp I experience. I will continue to take them throughout my pregnancy and while breastfeeding.

  36. RD

I purchased this product on Feb 4, 2017. I wanted to see how I react to it first before I do a review. And so far so good. Great quality vitamins. I prefer natural whole food vitamins and this product has all the right amounts of vitamins. I am taking this now to prepare before baby #2 and I feel great while taking this vitamin. I really recommend this product if you prefer whole food base prenatal vs the synthetic prenatal. I know everyone has their own opinion, but in my opinion I prefer natural whole food prenatal and this product so far has great top notch ingredients and well balanced. While taking this product, I did not have any stomach upsets, it does not have a funny smell and it goes down smooth since its in a capsule form and if you prefer to take it out of the capsule it can easily be opened and you can pour powder and mix it with your favorite yogurt or drink. Highly Recommended.

  37. Lula2011

Quality product!! Only complaint is size of the capsule but I’ve been feeling better since taking them. My previous brand didn’t meet my vitamin requirements. Cost is pretty affordable considering quality. Will definitely repurchase in the future.

  38. CStiniB

These are great except that you have to take them three times per day. I would prefer if they were larger and only needed to be taken twice or once. That is why I’m taking one star away.

  39. Organic PDX

Best prenatals I’ve had to date. As a vegan, I have to take a daily supplement and I can’t believe the difference these vitamins have made. My hair is growing faster, my nails are longer, I just feel better. I had been using the Rainbow Light brand for years, but they never produced results like this

  40. Kristin

I did a ton of research. These seem to be the most nutritiously complete. Gentle on stomach, no taste. Have to take 3 a day instead of 2, but I just put them all out in a dish in the morning and make sure they’re gone at night (otherwise, my pregnant brain loses track of what I swallowed!).

  41. Milynda R. Cornford

I started taking the Prenatal formula for the ingredients and capsules…I continued taking it because it was the only prenatal i had tried that didn’t make me throw up. Now, i’ve been taking these for three years as my daily vitamin. We had a lot of trouble trying to conceive. Since taking this supplement, my health has improved, we have a baby on the way (due any day now) and I feel strong and healthy. I love the formula and will be a loyal customer as long as this is around.

  42. Jodie

I have used many prenatals over the course of my 5 children. These are my favorite. First and foremost the form of folic acid is very important to me. The synthetic folic acid in most vitamins can be toxic and counterproductive. This brand however has done their research and are targeting a more educated and savvy population of Mom’s as their form of folate has a much higher rate of assimilation in the body. I also like the levels of biotin and B12 for helping with the postpartum hair loss period and assisting with the risk of postpartum depression. As a breastfeeding Mom I plan tocontinue to take these until I discontinue with my lactation.

  43. Asmeret Kiflezghi

I like the fact that the sources are in their natural form – ingredients that can be absorbed vs. synthetic. Some dislikes about this product – low amount in calcium and vitamin D. I also wish there was a product with fish oil included because now you end up buying 2 other products – to make up for the calcium and vitamin D that you may not get from diet and the cod liver oil. But it still beats other products like Baby and Me and New Chapter. #180 is a 2 month supply. Can you guys either lower the price or at least make the product a 3 month supply at that cost.

  44. Stephanie

I like the vitamins because they are food based, natural, gmo free, ect. I am not sure if they would be classified as organic but sounds close enough. Compared to other brands, it’s a good price for the quality. The prenatal also has a lot of folate from a natural source which is important for me, as well as calcium and iron. I like how you only need one men’s multivitamin a day (husband likes this). I also like that the vitamins are in capsules and easier for me to swallow and handle. I got the omega 3 on sale so I’m excited to try those. Thanks.

  45. Jonathan

This is my second pregnancy & I used a different prenatal for my first pregnancy. I like this Naturelo prenatal vitamin so much better! I struggle to swallow pills & these capsules are so easy to open for me so that I can mix them in with a drink. The taste is also very bearable when mixed into a drink. It is also great that This prenatal also has folate which many other prenatals do not have. Highly recommend!

  46. Customer

I absolutely love this prenatal! I was researching online what the BEST natural prenatal vitamin was and this was it! I love that all the ingredients are not synthetic so you’re getting the best quality. I’ve noticed my hair and nails have grown like crazy since I started taking this! I was using the GNC brand of prenatal before and never really noticed anything. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is trying to get pregnant or there already!

  47. Andrea S.

In preconception phase. Felt dizzy and nauseous at first. I cut the dose down to two and take both at night and feel great. I’m guessing I was getting too much vitamins since I’m not pregnant. My hair, no lie, is getting thicker! Added bonus 😀

  48. Heather

I wish I had read better that it is 3 pills a day, best taken 1 at each meal.

  49. Customer

Thank you for the excellent and wonderful product handling

  50. Amanda B

Great prenatal! I am on my 2nd bottle. I feel really good taking these, can definitely tell when I miss a dose. No aftertaste whatsoever (or yucky burbs). I do feel slightly nauseated when taking without enough food, but that is remedied by eating of course. Would highly recommend!

  51. Customer

**Edited to update after email from customer service:** I emailed customer service and they were very quick and responsive with my concerns. They explained that the amount of folate is actually the same amount as before but they have updated the units per the FDA. So it’s just a new measurement system but it’s still there same 700mg of folate. They are however lowering it to 400mg of folate due to customer concern that the be measurement makes it seem like almost double what it should be. I’m still going to be switching because I really want 700mg of folate and not 400 (the new formula) but at least they expressed understanding and were happy to explain. Original post: So disappointed! I’ve done my research and these prenatals are great FROM THE PHOTOS OF THE LABEL! I was mainly interested in the folate vs. folic acid because I carry the MTHFR mutation. I’ve been taking them for about a year now. I just realized they have since changed all the ingredient amounts and not notified customers! This is terrifying because there is DOUBLE the amount of folate that is safe for pregnancy in them now! This is scary as hell and I’m switching immediately to Melaleuca!

  52. Tanya

Best prenatal vitamins you can imagine! GMP, vegan! I’m vegetarian so I tried to find the best product without any animals product in it, thank you guys for making me happy!

  53. Parisa Nikamal

I have been using this prenatal for over 2 years now. I started on 8 months before I conceived and am still taking it after birth. It has Folate in it which is the natural form of folic acid. Highly recommend.

  54. Maritza Meraz

I took 3 other prenatals before attempting this prenatal vitamin. The rest made me Naseaus or crampy despite taking it with food. Not this one. It caused no cramping or nausea and has good quality ingredients. Highly recommended for sensitive tummies

  55. SH

Great prenatal. Reasonable amounts of nutrients, especially folate and B12. Also, one of the few prenatals today that voluntarily updated their nutient amounts to reflect the new RDA allowance guidelines. I like their transparency about the exact form of folate, which some other vitamin companies dance around. It’s also in capsule form so you know it’s dissolving and you’re really absorbing the nutrients. I’ve been surprised at some other prenatal brands in tablet form that don’t dissolve in warm vinegar, making me doubt they dissolve at all. These will as they’re capsules. This is an excellent picky person’s prenatal!

  56. Customer

After reading a lot of blogs about maternity and supplements I chose Naturelo because the source of the vitamins is natural, the ingredients don’t include yellow 40 and all that stuff, I started taking the Naturelo Prenatals about 2 months before to get pregnant, I haven’t felt nausea or anything, I’m in love and I hope you don’t change the ingredients in the future is not easy to find naturally sourced vitamins.

  57. Bob Apel

I have been really impressed with the supplements. They seem very high quality and the company has displayed exceptional customer service which is why I came back to them for more supplements.

  58. Crystal

I’ve been taking this for a year while trying to get pregnant and I really loved it, but I just ordered it and they seemed to have changed a lot about it 🙁 The new bottle design doesn’t make it look as organic and natural. And the powder is very white, while it was more tan before. It also has a very synthetic taste now. Disappointed 🙁

  59. Diya

have been taking it for 4 months now while trying to get pregnant. New bottle has more folate content and it kind of worries me now .

  60. Mike

Easy to take capsules but i did not read more about the product when buying, you need to take one of these capsules THREE times a day. That is hard for anyone to do in my opinion so i went and purchased a one-a-day prenatal and kept these as back ups for when i run out.

  61. Tara

I really like this product – both the amounts and types of vitamins they use are just what I was looking for. Seems to help with my energy level a bit (I’m a breastfeeding mom). The only downside is the smell/taste – more noticeable than in other vitamins I’ve taken, but that may be due to the fact that they actually use natural ingredients. So I just hold my nose and I’m happy.

  62. Gabrielle Frankel

This has the p5p form of b6, the methylcobalamin form of b12, and methylfolate, which is great. This has more magnesium than most multivitamins, although I think I might need a bit more b12 than this offers.

  63. PreciousGyrl

Excellent vitamin distribution and convenient to use (may open capsules), but I give it 4 stars because I’m unable to tolerate. It makes me nauseous which is unfortunate. Im back to my liquid prenatals I used in my last pregnancy.

  64. G. Khuchua

I just received my second pack of these vitamins and got pleasantly surprised that they lowered the amount of B12 which I was concerned about with the 1st pack back in July. Will be taking them now with a real piece of mind!

  65. A. Beard

After finding out I have MTHFR variants, I had to switch to a methylated folate. These have everything I needed and I feel great taking these.

  66. PB

My nutritionist recommended Naturelo’s prenatal vitamins for several reasons – chiefly, they contain easily absorbable folate instead of folic acid, which is the same nutrient but harder to digest. The vitamins have been fantastic so far. I’ve been able to take them on an empty stomach without feeling nauseous, which is nice when you can’t coordinate with mealtime. In general, there have been no side effects and the supplements taste better than others, like Baby and Me. I plan to stick with these and would recommend them.

  67. Brandi

These whole food prenatal make such a difference! I’ve done a ton of research and these ingredients and quality can’t be beat. They don’t make me sick as long as I take with food. I feel so good taking these knowing the nutrients and minerals are in natural form. The best! Totally recommend. I was unsure about spending this month for a vitamin but I think it is worth it for what you get.

  68. Mae H.

These didn’t make me sick even when I was having a really rough time with nausea in my first trimester.

  69. Customer

I spent a lot of time online searching for the best vitamin and this is definitely it. I also love that you can open them and put them in smoothies or food. This is a great option is you are looking for a clean and healthy prenatal vitamin! The company is also very quick at answering any questions you have!

  70. Cece

Super great formula. I feel very confident taking these. I have always taken them with a meal and have never felt sick after taking them. Also bought the DHA pills to go with them.

  71. Customer

I wish I’d have known of these supplements when I was pregnant! I am now nursing and using these. I struggle with remembering to take 3 times a day but love the whole foods approach to supplementation. Thanks again for a trustworthy product.

  72. Kelli

I’m picky about ingredients / sources. This fit my exacting standards. I’m happy with it.

  73. Margie

I really like that these vitamins are all natural and gentle on my stomach. I have been taking them for a few days now and my body seems to respond well to them. I used to have these weird cravings but many seem to be gone. I must have been deficient in some nutrient, which this multivitamin provides. Very happy with my purchase overall.

  74. Customer

The pills are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach at all. I also like that they are made from actual food!

  75. Fariza

    Very good

I am very happy with the quality of these vitamins. They have everything I want in a prenatal, including real folate (and a good amount of it), calcium and iron. It was important to me that I also found vitamins that are vegetarian. It’s difficult to find products that aren’t made with bovine capsules. I don’t love that I have to take 3/day but I’ve come to accept it. I also don’t like the way they smell and therefore taste so I try to swallow them quickly. When I started taking them, I was splitting them up throughout the day but now I typically take all three at once around lunch or dinner. I have not had any problems with nausea. I plan to continue taking these as long as I keep feeling good on them.

  77. Samantha J Schettle

I really love these vitamins. They have everything I was looking for in a prenatal.

  78. Customer

I found this prenatal after doing a lot of research to find a vegetarian vitamin that had the nutrients I needed without all the junk and preservatives! I love this vitamin and it doesn’t bother my stomach at all – there are only two things I don’t love 1) you have to take it 3x a day and 2) there is a note on it that it will affect milk supply of BF mothers and it has been true for me, which I’m not overly concerned with because I’m weaning but would be hesistant to take this vitamin post another baby when I’m full on BF again… other than that, great vitamin! Now I just need to find a good DHA/fish oil without gelatin!

Great natural product. My wife has been taking them for months.

Very good in my stomach. I feel better since taking it.

  82. Crafter

Great product! I was looking for a natural prenatal vitamin and did a lot of research before purchasing these. They are great quality and easy on the stomach. I will be purchasing again and highly recommend!

  86. Vera A.

I like that it has folate and not folic acid. In addition, it doesn’t upset my stomach.

After doing some research, I learned that the prenatal my wife was taking was no good. I like NATURELO vitamins, especially for the money!

  90. geraceel

I decided to take this prenatal after reading a thorough analysis on PaleoEdge about the most bioavailable forms of vitamins (especially the folate and the B vitamins). Considering the lower cost of the Naturelo compared to the others with similar ingredients, I ordered them. I am now in my third trimester and continue to take the recommended three capsules a day (with each meal, never more than one at a time) as I have since the first trimester (prior to pregnancy I took only methyl-folate and ate a diet rich in vegetables). Because this vitamin does not have DHA, I also take Nordic Naturals – Prenatal DHA, Supports Brain Development in Babies During Pregnancy and Lactation, 180 Soft Gels (FFP). To my surprise, in the third trimester, my blood work came back that I am slightly anemic and have since taken an additional iron supplement (chelated form) every other day. This vitamin only has 18 mg of iron, and some women do need more. I did notice during the first trimester that if I did not eat enough food with the vitamin or if I took it after the meal instead of in the middle, I would get a few vitamin burps, which were slightly nauseating. There were also a few weeks (12-15) when I found the vitamin’s smell to be strong, but nothing bad enough to cause a problem. Overall, I’ve been happy with the product and feel reassured that the vitamins are in their most absorbable forms.

First vitamin that didn’t make me sick. It also has different kind of folate that is widely recommended.

Product as expected. Prompt shipping. Helpful instructions provided by vendor in email.

  93. LilOlMe

I can’t tell a difference in my body between this vitamin and the whole food vitamin I used before. I sometimes miss the third dose of the day because I’m out. On the ingredient label, it’s also hard to tell what whole foods these come from. I also keep wondering if the website that rates this so highly is independent or was started by the company.

  94. Lae

I’m pregnant and someone who’s pregnant told me she takes this for pregnancy. So I decided to take it too. I like the pill is easy to swallow and there’s no after taste. I just don’t like that I have to take this 3 times a day after each meal. I’m busy through out the day so with my pregnancy brain, I forget!

  95. Loveli726

I like these are vegan pills and I am on my 2nd bottle for nursing purpose. Will recommend this brand to other pregant mums for sure! However Calcium dose on this brand is very low and i take separate Calcium supplements daily.

  96. J&J

I compared this vitamin to daily requirements for pregnant women and found that it contains nearly everything needed. The rest should be easily obtained via a healthy plant-based diet. Just remember to get your DHA/EPA fatty acids too–for vegans, a supplement is definitely necessary for that. This vitamin does not have fatty acids as far as the label says.

  97. E. B.

I use this prenatal supplement because they are some of the only ones I can find that use methylfolate instead of regular folic acid, which my body can’t process. It’s really great that these guys are making a product that takes into account the folic acid problem some people have

  98. Customer

I got these because I’m breastfeeding and had to cut out dairy and soy because of her allergies. I’m also a vegetarian. These are great, I do think that being a vegan vitamin it should have a little more calcium though. The smell is a little strong which may be a problem if you’re pregnant. But overall I like these and will continue getting these

  99. Customer

I don’t feel any different after taking this.

My wife felt in love with these vitamines from the very first capsule. You could say that it’s impossible to gave a verdict so soon but my wife’s put on table 2 unbeatable arguments:
    1. They smell like herbs and not vitamines.
    2. They are not as big as other pills and thus easy to swallow.
You will have to agree that this is SOMEHOW important from pregnant lady prospective.
After a couple of days taking them she is feeling absolutely fantastic and full of energy.
Very happy with the purchase and I can’t wait to finish my bottle of other vitamines to try NATURELO.

  102. Debora

Most comprehensive prenatal on the market at an affordable price. I am extremely happy with these and would recommend to anyone.

  103. Tara

I really like this vitamin. It seems to have the natural/non-synthetic forms of all the vitamins, and in reasonable amounts. I particularly like that it has methylfolate and methylcobalamin (which are great for people with MTHFR mutations… and everyone, really). There are surprisingly few vitamins on the market that get this stuff right. The vitamin does have a stronger smell/taste than other vitamins, but I don’t find it to be a huge problem since you don’t have to chew them or anything. (Just a warning for those with super extreme morning sickness.) Overall, I’m a big fan.

  104. brandilouhowell

Just switched to these from the Women’s whole food vitamin once I found out I was pregnant. They don’t make me sick at all as long as I take them with food. I LOVE the ingredients, wish I knew about these with my other kids. I feel so good knowing I’m taking vitamins my body can recognize and use. So glad I learned about Naturelo! I’ll never go back to cheap synthetic again.

  105. Christina

Beyond, super impressed with this company!! This is the only company that has the best and complete vitamin with each of the correct and nonsynthetic form of each vitamin!! It’s amazing how they sell it at an amazing price too. Hats off to you, thank you for caring about health. Love this vitamin and love to see how they actually improved it and have a new formula coming out (hopefully soon). I was hoping that they would because I’ve done hours and hours of research and know this is the best company and thought some of the percentages were off a little but still the best. Glad to see that they take suggestions and make changes. Great vitamin for women who are or aren’t pregnant. The new formula looks perfect! If you need to supplement, you don’t need to worry about taking too much because the ratios are great. Congrats, I think you made the only perfect prenatal vitamin! Thank you a million times. Hope you are around forever.

  106. Ivana

Great product. I love that this are all natural vitamins that are easily apsorbed. I used this through entire pregnancy and I was healthy all this time. I am still using this after giving birth but now I will buy postnatal multiviramins.

  107. Yashica

I really love these prenatal vitamins. It is a complete formula with vitamins in nonsynthetic form in good amounts. It specially like that it has methylfolate and methylcobalamin which are way better dan folic acid and the other forms of vit b12.
It could use a bit more calcium. But overall a great product.

  108. Jessie

I love these prenatal vitamins. I did a lot of research to find the best ones before I got pregnant, and Naturelo won hands down. I especially like that they include the non-synthetic form of folic acid. They don’t upset my stomach at all either. Highly recommended!

  109. Dawn Garrison

Tried this prenatal vitamin for the first time (3rd pregnancy) and have loved it. I’ve felt great and happy with the quality ingredients offered with this vitamin. It was recommended through several sources and I’ll definifely continue with this vitamin.

  110. Kim F

I did A LOT of research on vitamins and minerals before chosing one, and this prenatal had the right natural sources in the right combinations and the right quantities. Will be TTC this summer and i feel super confident in having this product be a part of that journey.

  111. Sabrina

This is the best formulated prenatal I have found on the market with easily absorbable methylfolate and methylcobalamin. I love that it’s whole food based and that I can get it automatically shipped every two months. Bonus!

  112. Anpnek

Really love this prenatal vitamin. I look for vitamins that contain natural ingredients without synthetic additives and are vegan. This one has a no ALA which was important to me. It does contain good proportions of vitamins and has selenium and k2. Very important.
